Prepare for the upcoming flu season! We're offering current patients vaccines on Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 10am – 12pm.

Flu shot availability is limited. Please register by filling out the form below and selecting your preferred appointment time. We cannot offer flu shots to patients 2 and below or 65 and older during the clinic.
