Same-Day Care
Every Wednesday, June through August, patients with recent known tick exposure and/or Lyme disease symptoms can be evaluated virtually by our specialists. Please call 410-328-9102 to schedule an in-person or telemedicine appointment. A referral is required.
If you need to be seen outside of normal business hours, please visit UM Urgent Care in Columbia or an urgent care facility close to home for evaluation of your tick bite. Walk-ins are accepted.

We are dedicated to caring for those with both acute Lyme disease and those with persistent symptoms post antibiotic therapy. Through a holistic, integrated and multidisciplinary approach, we are able to offer adults with Lyme disease additional treatment options and a better quality of life.
